If bad language offends you, I wouldn’t watch. For those of you that don’t mind the language, it starts about 2.30mins in. Watch the way he recreates the whole event in his mind prior to telling the story …. it’s all about the detail.

Great post, and great extra value from Karl - I watched the youtube yesterday and James was right - perfect deomonstration! I came on to add the link - you beat me to it - as James says it’s all about implemenation - thanks Karl.
